H&E Gear Co was established in 2015 to provide quality custom gears and parts. We are a conventional based machine shop. Our team has over 20 years of experience operating conventional machinery and in gear cutting. Throughout the years we have grown to advance our capabilities and we can now cut gears up to 80’’ in diameter. We have conventional lathes, gear hobbers both horizontal and vertical, gear shapers, thread mills and milling machines to fulfill all your gear needs. We also offer in-house keyway cutting and gear box repairs.
